Terms and Conditions

1. Membership is open to UK residents, aged 50 and over, excluding employees of The Orchid Group.
2. The Diamond Card is issued by and remains the property of The Orchid Group, who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time.  The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any part of or the entire scheme as necessary, at any time.
3. Diamond meals and discounts are only awarded to the authorised signatory plus one guest, who must be aged 50 or over, in participating pubs.
4. Subject to availability, these offers are available all day Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.  The offers are also available on Saturday until 3pm in some participating pubs.
5. The Diamond Card individual offers of a 2 course meal and 25% off food cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any other offer, promotion or discount and can only be used as specified in the individual pub.  In each pub only one of the two Diamond offers will be available.
6. The Diamond Card must be produced at the time of ordering to obtain the discount or set meal price.
7. Discount applies only when purchasing food in pubs that offer the 25% discount Diamond Club promotion. Discount does not apply to any drink purchases, with or without food. 
8. The Diamond Card is not transferable and may only be used by the authorised signatory. One card per person only.
9. Your details and information about your transaction will be used by us to send you membership correspondence and improve our service to you.

Terms and Conditions of voucher
Offer available for 3 months after the date of the letter. Offer is available for card holder only dining from the main menu during standard Diamond Club dining times; all day Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or privilege. This Voucher should be presented at the time of ordering with a valid Diamond Card. The free drink offer is available on one free cup of coffee, pot of tea, 175 ml glass of House* red or white or 14oz glass of Coke, Diet Coke or Lemonade for the card holder and one guest.
