How long does it usually take to receive my Diamond card after I have applied?
You should allow up to 28 days. More often than not, you will receive your card well before the 28 days are up. If after 28 days you have not received your card, call the Member helpline and they will deal with your application directly.

Why can't I book a table in the restaurant?
Some of our Pubs and Carveries do take table bookings on selected days. Some find it better to restrict table bookings on certain days to try and reduce customer waiting time and help to ensure that tables are always available.

My friend wants to join how does he / she apply?
There are three ways to apply;
1. Pick up an Application Form from your local participating pub or carvery.
2. Phone us and we can take the application over the phone. Telephone - 0870 242 2223.

I haven't used my membership card for some time, how do I check that it is still valid?
Membership cards do not expire. But if you do not use it for some time we will stop sending you correspondence. To be sure, you can call the Member helpline and they will be able to ensure your account is active.

Can I use my card when I buy drinks or bar snacks?
The Diamond Club 25% Discount offer can only be used when purchasing food. It does not apply to snacks such as crisps or drink purchases. The Discount offer does not apply in Carveries.

Can I use my Diamond Card with other offers?
The Diamond Card individual offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any other offer, promotion or discount.
